Ray Adamyk is the founder and president of Spectra Company, a historic restoration firm dedicated to preserving some of Los Angeles’ most iconic landmarks, including the Pantages Theatre, the Gamble House, and the Biltmore Hotel. Through his work in restoration, Ray has used this platform not only to revive historic places, but to be a catalyst for the restoration of lives as well—believing that true renewal is about dignity, purpose, and people, not just buildings.

He is also the founder of the Faith Leaders Connection, created out of a deep conviction that communities are healed through trust, relationships, and shared purpose. Rooted in hospitality and intentional connection, the quarterly gathering exists to bring faith leaders from churches, the marketplace, and the broader community into a space where unity matters more than differences. By centering on story, shared meals, and a common love for the Pomona Valley, Ray’s vision is to cultivate a culture of collaboration that leads to real partnerships—because lasting change doesn’t begin with programs or platforms, but with people choosing to walk together for the good of their community.
